More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Site plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the images.

Furthermore included in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key identifying various parts of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
